Bit Group’s relationship with OpenPages began with an internationalization and web accessibility project, paving the way for them to facilitate growth in emerging markets. Shortly after that project completed, OpenPages came back to Bit Group with a design project to improve the user experience of their flagship product. Thanks to a comprehensive assessment phase that included a Heuristic Evaluation, User Profiles, Focus Groups, and Usability Testing, Bit Group designed enthusiastically received solutions to many of the identified issues.
